Stressors -

From what I understand - Stress can be a major factor in failure of diet. After all, it has been shown in studies dealing with cortisol, that stress can cause weight gain. I already said that I felt it would be my job that would sabotage me. I am stressed - it's true. Now, tonight I tried something totally different, and I was so disappointed...

I exercised - I have heard that if you just run and run you will feel so much better after you are done. I had a great workout with my family ... making the hulk faces and so on. After we were done I decided to add in a little extra bit of cardio figuring that it can't really hurt AND I would get the benefits of stress relief. Well, I am disappointed - I still feel just as stressed about work and NOW, I am sweaty on top of that!

If this stress causes me to hold on to extra pounds, I am going to "Off" the CEO. By the way - Thanks for a great workout Ozzie and Tim... I appreciate all of the guidance with the weights... MAN my shoulders ache...
