That's right... you are looking at a slop bucket...Oh fine... I jest... my diet is not a slop bucket... but I don't see the results that I want to see. I look better - I feel better - however, I am not losing that unsightly tummy that I Wanted to lose. From all that I have read I should be doing cardio every day... however, I don't want to do cardio every day. I don't LOVE the weight training part of things, but I do prefer it sometimes. Makes me feel all sorts of BUFF and stuff...
So, I don't know what week we are on. I think that we are on Week 10... I am still right around 175... which is still below 180 - so I can't complain. My heartrate takes longer to get up when I do cardio... and I can run on the treadmill for about three minutes now without really having to stop. (Trust me... that's a miracle in itself - me even being ON a tredmill is a miracle)Well, I will be seein' ya'll around ! Hopefully it will be sooner than later!
