Day Two - Hmmmm

According to the Great Wise Eldest - I FAILED miserably yesterday. Actually, I don't think that I did. I had Two Yummy Delicious Ferrero Rocher's following my dinner... SEE how yummy they look?!!? They do look yummy... and believe me, they are. Now, I have several reasons for thinking that I didn't fail too badly - 1) I usually eat between 6 and 8 of these little puppies at a sitting. I know... but I love to eat... and I love to eat chocolaty, nutty things. and 2) Yesterday, I actually did pretty good - I think. I posted about my delicious breakfast and snacking. Rick helped me make it through dinner and I didn't over eat once yesterday. Heck, I haven't overeaten once today. So, since I am doing good with limiting myself - and usually I don't... I think that two little tiny chocolaty candies keep me out of serious trouble. After all - if I don't, will I then binge on them later?? Probably... That's just how I do things...

I have found that I do not like yucky ucky cottage cheese (EVEN BLENDED) , but that Ozzie was right - the Peanut butter / banana shake is legal and pretty darn yummy.

Last night was workout number two. I felt great following. Aerobic/Cardio activity is where I excel- I don't like weights. But 20 minutes of cardio - well, I got that. I could have kept on going for another 20 minutes, easily... I hope that part of the program increases... because I just wanted to keep on going last night.

So, this morning I have done good on my breakfast, snack, and lunch is prepared and portioned just right. :D YAY. So far, so good - Even with the Ferrero Rocher's...
