So, I have not been able to really get a good work out in since last week. There are positives and negatives to this.
First - a positive - I have maintained my good eating and I still am losing the weight... Nice... huh.
Not so good - Well, my back still is achy all time - But, I have been doing my cardio stuff so I think that I am alright there...
How do I get myself back into the weights? I don't want to hurt myself worse, and it seems that everything is connected to the lower back. Even when I do the bicycle, my lower back aches when I am done. Any suggestions?
