Well, as the great and powerful Oz spoke of on her blob - I too went and had a health screening done at the Rec center today. My blood pressure was 112/70 - Pretty decent... The low BP Runs in the family though.
Then - they did the Body fat / BMI test. My Body fat was %29.7 and my BMI is 29.8. Seems to me that I have a bit of chub for my height - BUT, that's soon to go! In fact, it's on its way out the door right now! :D
