So, I must confess that I really like this site.  based on my height and weight it has helped me to start tracking what I am eating and what my goal should be since I am working out.  I like to see what I should be doing instead of guessing, reading all of these diet books, and coming up empty handed most of the time.  Spark People - great site - If you want to add me as a friend I am ms-aonika 


Today I was on the elliptical again.  I love that machine.  I still don't feel like I am getting any results yet, but I know that eventually it will all start to melt away in a fit of happiness... FIT I SAY!! FIT of happiness!  (For I shall be just that... Fit)


19 days in, and so far not a big difference.... Slow and steady, isn't that what they say??
