I did pretty good there. Actually, I really did. No, I really did! DANG IT - I DID GOOD!
I got in all of my exercises except for Friday's Exercises (thanks Rec Center for shutting down at 9:00PM even though Monday through Thursday you stay open until 11:00PM) I don't know how I don't lose weight with all the running around that I did all weekend. But, everyone should know that I did behave myself when it came to eating. I did not over eat, and I did lay off the yummy Rochers. I did, on Saturday night, have a scoop of ice cream after dinner - but on Sunday I behaved myself and didn't really take my free day or go too overboard. I stayed within my portions. Yay me!
Monday was soooo tough. I made it to the gym later than I would have liked (thanks Jeremy), and I rushed my workout. My sides are still tender. Last night was good. After the temple, we went to work out and I got in (at least) a good thirty minutes on an elliptical machine. I like those better than the bikes for sure. I turned up the resistance on mine last night and today my arms are a bit achy, but I think that it was worth it. If I don't feel a little bit fatigued then I don't think that I am doing it right.

PS: I was promised Muffins... MUFFINS! And did I get any muffins? Oooh nooooo! YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! :P
