
I woke up this morning and I didn't feel sore at all. I actually am finding that I like the method of this workout schedule - a little bit. The weights are fantastic - I actually feel like I am working on something on nights that I go and do weights. It's the nights that I am doing cardio that I don't feel like I am getting enough in. It's supposed to be a 20 minute cardio plan, but I really feel like I should be doubling that. (at the very least).

By the way - I got my muffins... and they are yummy... YUMMY. Might have to add that into my regular snacking routine. I did finally finish going through all of the "Snack" recipes on the Body for Life site. I have a good collection. Today I am wading through Breakfast Ideas - Hopefully, by the end of next week, I will have a good 14 day menu that doesn't get too boring for me. When I am done with it, I will post it here.
