Isn't this exciting... So, I say to myself "Ahhhh - only 10 weeks of a workout plan you say? 10 weeks doesn't sound too long... Surely isn't as long as 12 weeks! - I believe that I will try it out and see... perhaps it will work..."
I know that I can't trick my body into that line, but - you never know with me... :D
I am still sore from jogging on Friday night and Saturday - but, I think that in then end that will be worth it for me...
And, by the way, my job is going to be what sabotages me... I don't hardly have time to stop and eat on my breaks and lunch - too many things needing to be done! It won't be me... it will be my job that sabotages my efforts...
