Flub a Bub a Dub Dub Dub

So, I am back to officially working out.  We started a group at work called "Fat Blasters" and there are 5 of us that are working out individually.  We have decided to have "meetings" every two weeks to go over our goals and losses or gains and whatever else.  So far, so good.  I've been going strong for 5 days - I feel "stiff" but not sore.. does that make sense?  My goals are far more elaborate than they were when I was doing "Body For Life" - but mostly because this is not a 12 week program.  This is going for the whole year - well, unless someone gets fired from Obeo - but, either way. . . we are going for the whole year if we can.  6 weeks doesn't seem to make a difference for me, and neither did 12 - though, I didn't really finish out the program like I should have, but even at 6 weeks I didn't notice a major difference with it... so, I figured we are going to ease back on one thing (my sugar intake) and ease up on other things like - well - exercise.  I am not doing weights - I am doing mainly cardio and swimming.  I found that I had the best results with that when I was doing it before.  I am up against other odds as well, like taking medication that possibly slowed my thyroid. (Being tested for that presently)... so, Right now, I feel like the odds are stacked against me for success - thus the reason that we are extending this for a year - took longer to put it all on , why not give myself a little extra time to get it all off?
