I am SOOOOO Hungry


See the picture!?!  Even the Mouth in the picture is saying... HUNNNNNGRY!!  (Good thing that I don't look like that for real).  Getting back into this diet is so hard.  I hate portions.  I want to eat and eat, and though I CAN , I really shouldn't.

I did find something really cool though.  The Franklin Planner Health tracker.  This thing is so great.  It has little check boxes for Water, Daily Supplements, Servings of Fruit and Vegetables, and a place to put what you've been eating.  On the other side it has a place for you to fill in your exercises and what muscles you targeted, your Target Heart Rate as well as how long you worked out.

What a Wonderfully organized way to stay on track.  I found that I am not drinking as much water as I think that I am drinking (Thanks Mr. Check Box on the Planner), and I like checking things off.  Almost any one knows that about me (If you've ever seen my cleaning list, there would be NO doubt in your mind).

So, Good news from last week's working out start?  I am not sore.  AND, I can take my rings off again - so, I can see that there is progress already.  I am using the Body For Life Cookbook in tandem with my many different avenues of exercise... Guess I will let you know how that goes. Right now, Well, I am just Hungry.
