Yeah, so today I did P90X - Yoga X...
Those positions - yeah - they look easy. BUT ALAS! You would be fooled into thinking such nonsense!! Those positions are HARD. My buns STILL hurt! However, I must say - I do love the YOGA. I do. I rarely get time to really get a good stretch... But this would be between cardio and stretch - so I also got a good workout. I will never laugh at people doing funky yoga positions again. Though I still cannot fathom how people can get INTO these positions, when they are accomplished you get a REALLY good stretch, not to mention a really good workout. I can't wait until next Thursday YAY!!
